Warm Turmeric Cinnamon Milk

It's time to warm up! The mix of ancient indian spices will take care of your body and mind. A cup of hot “golden milk” will make everyone's heart melt. Hey, we got the perfect sweets!

Ingredients

(for 1 cup)
1 cup coconut milk (or substitute with other plant-based drink)
1/2 Tsp turmeric
1/4 Tsp cinnamon
pinch ginger
pinch black pepper
pinch salt

 

Warm Turmeric Cinnamon Milk

Steps

  • Blend together all ingredients. 
  • Warm up at low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Stir from time to time, so that the spices dissolve.
  • Enjoy!
