Double chocolate Raw Super Brownie

Ta-dah! Super Brownie is here! Coated with a layer of crunchy dark chocolate with a rich nutty flavor of raw hazelnuts. Lightly sweetened with coconut blossom syrup which gives a nice caramel flavor.

Ingredients

(for 12 pieces)

 

2/3 cup (100g) raw hazelnuts, finely ground

1 Tsp lucuma powder

1 Tsp maca root powder

2 Tbsp raw cocoa powder

1 Tbsp (15g) cocoa butter, melted

1/3 cup (80g) cashew tahini (or another tahini)

1-2 Tbsp coconut blossom syrup (or other liquid sweetener)

Pinch of Bourbon vanilla

50g vegan dark chocolate chips

 

for decoration:

1 Tbsp raw cacao nibs

Double chocolate Raw Super Brownie

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Process until a smooth dough consistency is achieved.
  3. Add the brownie mixture to a small parchment lined plate.
  4. Chill for 10-15 minutes before cutting into 12 even squares.
  5. Cover beautifully with the melted chocolate drops.
  6. Decoratе with raw cacao nibs for extra crunchiness.
  7. Keep fresh in an airtight container.
