Protein vanilla latte balls

The afternoon hours with a mug of cappuccino go hand in had with latte bonbons. The protein in the recipe depends on your taste. Don't forget to share with friends



(for 10 balls)

2 x 30g Roobar Baobab & Ginger
100g cashew butter
40g coconut, desiccated
1 Tbsp almond protein (or finely ground almonds)
1 Tbsp brown rice protein
1 tsp coffee, finely ground
pinch of Bourbon vanilla powder

Protein vanilla latte balls


  1. Cut the Baobab Roobar into small pieces.
  2. Blend all ingredients. 
  3. Form small balls.
  4. Chill for 20 minutes.
  5. Decorate with extra coffee powder.
