Coconut Bars

Raw Desserts

These bars literally melt in your mouth and will stay in your heart. Sweetened with maple syrup, but not too sweet.  Coconut and lovely dark chocolate coating are always a winning combo.



​(for 8 bars)

for the bars:
1 cup coconut, desiccated
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp (15)ml maple syrup

 for the chocolate:
1/2 cup (50g) chocolate drops
1 tbsp coconut oil

16 whole almonds

Coconut Bars


  1. Add all bar ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Press down the mixture on a plate until you get an even tight 1cm thick layer. Freeze for 15-20 minutes. Cut into squares.
  3. Melt the chocolate drops gently.
  4. Dip the side of the coconut bar into the bowl of melted chocolate.
  5. Place the almonds.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of each bar.
  7. Keep in a cool place.
